None. No tracked ticker's grade moved — the card data is the October snapshot until the EDGAR engine starts refreshing it. This section goes live in earnest once the rebuild lands.
MAIN (Main Street Capital) — regular monthly dividend held at $0.265/share for November and December, per the company's own dividend schedule. Q2 distributable net investment income was $0.97/share, and management guided Q3 DNII to at least $0.97/share — the regular dividend remains covered by DNII on those figures. Next earnings (estimated): November 5, 2026.
O (Realty Income) — 676th consecutive monthly dividend declared October 13: $0.2715/share, payable November 13, 2026 to holders of record October 30, 2026.
Oct 19–25: a quiet week — no tracked monthly payer goes ex-dividend.
The cluster lands right after, Oct 30 – Nov 6:
O — record/ex date Fri Oct 30, $0.2715, payable Nov 13
JEPI — ex Mon Nov 2, amount not yet announced (Oct was $0.3413, ex Oct 1)
JEPQ — ex Mon Nov 2, amount not yet announced (Oct was $0.56687, ex Oct 1)
MAIN — ex Fri Nov 6, $0.265 regular, payable Nov 13
Anyone building a position in these names for the November income cycle needs to own them before those dates — after them, the next capture is a month away.
JEPQ / JEPI headline yield vs current run-rate. JEPQ's October distribution was $0.56687 — down 16.9% from September's $0.68255 (which followed August's record $0.70497). JEPI's October distribution was $0.3413, down ~8% from September's $0.3714. Trailing-12-month yields (~11.7% JEPQ, ~8.0% JEPI) are backward-looking averages; the current monthly run-rate is lower. Not a quality verdict — covered-call distributions move with options premiums — but anyone annualizing the trailing yield is overstating what these funds are paying right now.
Covered-call ETFs (JEPI, JEPQ) don't pay a declared dividend the way O or MAIN do. Each month's distribution is largely the options premium collected that month, so it rises and falls with volatility and market conditions. A falling monthly distribution is not automatically a "cut," and a record month is not a raise — the series has to be read as a range, not a promise. That is why the House scores these funds on distribution range and consistency, not on a single month's annualized yield.
Realty Income 676th monthly dividend declaration (PR Newswire, Oct 13, 2026): $0.2715/share, record Oct 30, 2026, payable Nov 13, 2026.
MAIN dividend history (StockAnalysis / MarketBeat calendars): ex Nov 6, 2026, $0.265, payable Nov 13, 2026; Oct 8 ex-date $0.265 paid Oct 15; next earnings est. Nov 5, 2026. Ad-hoc-news summary of MAIN's schedule: regular $0.265 also listed for December; Q2 DNII $0.97, Q3 guided at least $0.97.
JEPQ (DividendStacker / TopDividendETFs): Oct 1, 2026 ex-date $0.56687; Sep $0.68255; Aug $0.70497; next ex-date Nov 2, 2026, amount unannounced.
JEPI (DividendInvestor / MyPlanIQ): Oct 1, 2026 ex-date $0.3413 (paid Oct 5); Sep 1 $0.3714; pattern is first business day of the month, so Nov 2, 2026 is the expected next ex-date (amount unannounced).
